This course provides an introduction to the concepts of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace. We will take a brief look at the legal framework of the Equality Act 2010 and how it is currently represented in the workplace. 

Following this course, learners will be able to define equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), identify key behaviours, set achievable standards, develop key language and behaviours to promote an inclusive workplace and implement best practices for difficult conversations.

Developing Awareness

Body Language and Interpersonal Communications

Attitudes and Paradigms

Models to reduce conflict and align attitudes, behaviours and standards in the workplace
